We work with a wide range of demographics including individuals with developmental, intellectual, physical, and neurological differences, as well as athletes, the everyday gym goer, and really anyone looking to achieve a goal.. Our programs are designed to meet each person where they are, creating a welcoming, inclusive environment for everyone.
No. We are a fitness and wellness facility. While we work alongside care teams when appropriate, we do not provide medical or therapeutic services.

IGNITE Adaptive Group Training
One-on-one personal training
Semi private training
Programs are customized based on individual needs and goals.
IGNITE is our inclusive group training program blending personal coaching with team energy. Participants engage in structured workouts while receiving individualized support in a community-driven environment.
No experience is required. Every workout is scalable and adapted to meet each client where they are.
Our IGNITE program offers ongoing open enrollment, meaning you can join at any time.
You may also cancel at any time with our 30-day cancellation policy.
GETTING STARTED
Reach out to schedule an intro session. We’ll learn about your goals, abilities, and preferences and help place you in the best program.
Honestly — just you.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes to move in and bringing a water bottle. You’re also welcome to bring a towel or change of clothes if desired.
We have a water fountain and bottle fill station, towels on site, and two large bathrooms with showers available if needed.
Yes — especially during onboarding. Over time, many families choose to step back as our clients gain confidence and independence.

BILLING & PAYMENT
No. We do not accept insurance.
All services are private pay or funded through Self-Direction.
Yes. We are an approved service provider and can, oftentimes, bill directly through Self-Direction services.
Our team will help guide you through the setup process and coordinate with your broker or Fiscal Intermediary to make onboarding as smooth as possible.
At the end of each month, we submit an invoice to your Self-Direction agency listing the dates of service for that month.
Some agencies require parent or guardian approval before payment is processed. Once approved, billing is handled directly through the agency.
Please note: while billing is completed through Self-Direction, we do require a credit card on file to reserve session spots.
We require a credit card on file to hold all session spots.
Billing is processed at the beginning of your training package, and payments run on an automated billing cycle every four weeks.
This helps keep scheduling consistent and ensures your place is reserved.
Yes. If you’re traveling or fall behind on your sessions due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we can shift your billing date to help you get caught up. Just reach out to our team and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Don’t fear — you may be eligible for scholarship support.
Families can apply for assistance through our nonprofit, The Breakthrough Fund, which offers scholarships for our services and a variety of other health and wellness supports.

POLICIES
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in session forfeiture. Given the demand for our programs, we often maintain a waitlist — honoring this policy allows us to offer that time to another client or family whenever possible
Yes. We simply ask for 30 days’ notice for contract cancellations.
This allows us time to adjust scheduling and, when applicable, offer your spot to another client on our waitlist.
